It has attained Bizsafe Star Level and is dedicated to supporting main contractors of tunnelling projects in Singapore, by providing experienced personnel and tunnelling-related engineering services.

Mr. Desmond Toh started his own business supplying and managing tunnel workers since 1998. His company has been involved in tunnelling projects including the Singapore MRT Thomson Line, North-East Line , Circle Line (CCL), Down Town Line (DTL), Transmission Cable Tunnel Line, Deep Tunnel Sewage System(DTSS) and Site Development Works C1A, with clients such as Kumagai Gumi, Sembawang, Shimizu, Taisei Corporation, Hyundai E&C, SK E&C, Leighton Asia, Nishimatsu Construction, Tuksu E&C and McConnell Dowell.
